  5. Rub the zucchini on a fine grater. Let the zucchini stand for about 5 minutes. Squeeze out the released liquid and drain.
  6. We break the egg into a bowl, where we will knead the dough.
  7. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
  8. Beat the egg with sugar and salt with a mixer. Add sour cream and vegetable oil. We beat.
  9. Add flour, cocoa and baking powder sifted together.
  10. Beat until smooth.
  11. Add the grated zucchini to the chocolate batter.
  12. Mix well.
  13. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  14. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil. I have a rectangular shape 24 by 10 cm.
  15. We conditionally divide the dough into 3 parts. We spread a third of the dough in the form.
  16. Spread half of the cheese filling on top. With the help of a toothpick / skewer, as it were, lightly mix the filling.
  17. Then we lay out part of the dough again, then again the curd filling and close the top with the remaining dough.
  18. We bake a chocolate cake with zucchini and cottage cheese filling in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-60 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick. It should come out dry.
  19. Let the finished cake cool down.
  20. We take the cake out of the mold, cut into portioned pieces and treat ourselves!
  21. Enjoy your meal!
