Chocolate muffins with liquid filling

Ingredients

• Butter - 100 g
• Dark chocolate (70-80% cocoa) - 200 g
• Sugar - 100 g
• Chicken egg - 2 pcs. + 3 yolks
• Wheat flour - 60 g
• Baking powder - 1 tsp
• Vanillin - to taste

Directions

1. Melt butter with chocolate.
2. Beat eggs and yolks with sugar, pour in melted chocolate.
3. Add flour with baking powder, mix everything.
4. Pour chocolate cupcakes into greased molds and bake for 7-10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees to get a liquid filling inside.
