Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Place paper cups in cupcake liners.
Mix cocoa, flour, sugar, soda, baking powder and salt.
Add eggs, yolk, water, buttermilk, butter and vanilla. Stir until smooth for 3 minutes.
Put the dough into molds (up to half). Bake the muffins in the oven for about 20 minutes (turn the molds after 10 minutes). Readiness of cupcakes can be checked with a wooden stick.
Transfer the finished cupcakes to a wire rack and let them rest for 10 minutes. Remove from molds and cool completely. Cover with cream meringue
