Delicate, moderately sweet chocolate cupcakes with bananas and walnuts are an excellent dessert for fragrant coffee or a glass of warm milk.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. From this amount of products, 12-15 small cupcakes are obtained.
  3. Combine soft butter and sugar in a deep bowl, grind with a whisk until smooth.
  4. Add eggs to bowl, stir.
  5. Put the sour cream in a bowl with butter and eggs. Stir with a whisk until smooth.
  6. Send the nuts to the blender bowl.
  7. Grind the walnuts with a blender into small crumbs. Instead of walnuts, you can take any other: almonds, hazelnuts or cashews.
  8. Add the nuts to the bowl with the dough, mix.
  9. Also send the baking powder to the dough. If it is not in the house, you can replace it with baking soda.
  10. Melt the chocolate in the microwave at low power or on the stove in a water bath until liquid.
  11. Pour the chocolate into the dough, mix.
  12. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  13. Peel bananas and cut into small cubes.
  14. Add the prepared banana pieces to the batter.
  15. The last ingredient is sifted wheat flour. Pour the flour into the dough and mix until smooth.
  16. The dough turns out to be quite thick, does not spread and keeps a slide on a spoon.
  17. Forms for cupcakes (I have silicone, so you can not lubricate anything) fill with dough for 2/3.
  18. Bake chocolate muffins with bananas and nuts in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  19. Cool the finished cupcakes slightly and serve.
  20. The surface of the cupcakes can be decorated with melted chocolate, but even without decorations they are very appetizing in appearance!
