We recommend cooking this panna cotta in a glass with transparent walls. Colorful layers look unusual and original.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fill the gelatin with water and set it aside for 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a small saucepan, mix milk, cream, and sugar. Heat the mixture over low heat until it starts to boil. As soon as it starts to boil - remove it from the heat.
  3. Allow to cool to 85 ° C, and add soaked gelatin. Continue stirring until all the granules are gone.
  4. Divide the hot mass into 3 equal parts.
  5. On a fine grater, grate each type of chocolate separately and pour the chips into each part of the cream mixture. Stir to melt the chocolate completely.
  6. Pour the first layer of dark chocolate into the mold. Refrigerate until set. Keep the rest of the workpiece warm so that it does not harden prematurely. In the same way, pour the next 2 layers.
  7. Refrigerate. The dessert will be ready when it is completely frozen.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle chocolate panna cotta with chocolate chips or fresh berries.
