  1. Combine eggs, melted butter, sugar, sour cream and 250 ml of cream in a deep bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  2. Sift wheat flour, soda, baking powder and cocoa powder through a fine sieve and add to the bowl with liquid ingredients.
  3. Stir with a whisk (not a mixer) just until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  4. Line a springform pan with parchment paper and pour the batter into the mold. Place the future chocolate cake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 50 minutes (check the readiness with a dry match).
  5. Remove the chocolate cake from the oven, remove the sides of the mold and let the cake cool.
  6. In a deep small saucepan, bring 80 ml of fudge cream to a boil.
  7. Break chocolate into hot cream (with dark chocolate, the flavor of fudge will be more intense).
  8. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
  9. Spread slightly cooled fondant over the chocolate cake. You can cut the cake into two cakes and grease the chocolate cake in the middle with fudge.
  10. Chocolate truffle cake is ready. Enjoy its rich taste and aroma!
