  2. Chocolate can be used both dark and milk.
  3. I used 1 large egg (80 g), if the eggs are small, then take 2 pcs.
  4. In the process of cooking, you will need parchment paper.
  5. In a bowl, combine the egg, sugar, sunflower oil and vanilla.
  6. Beat the ingredients with a mixer at high speed for 2 minutes.
  7. Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder into the resulting mixture.
  8. Knead a homogeneous dough similar to melted chocolate.
  9. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  10. Wash the zucchini, cut off the edges, grate on a coarse grater and squeeze out the juice.
  11. Transfer the zucchini pulp to the dough.
  12. Chop the chocolate randomly with a knife into medium-sized crumbs.
  13. Add chocolate to the dough.
  14. Mix thoroughly.
  15. Line the bottom of the baking dish with parchment (the diameter of my detachable form is 17 cm).
  16. Put the dough into the mold and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes (be guided by the features of your oven).
  17. Chocolate zucchini pie is ready.
  18. Remove the finished cake from the mold and let it cool on a wire rack.
  19. Then transfer the cake to a serving dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  20. Cut the chocolate zucchini pie into portions and serve with tea or coffee.
