Choux pastry lavash is very easy to cook in a pan at home. All you need is flour, salt and boiling water. For the filling, fry scrambled eggs for a delicious and nutritious dish. Delicious and very economical breakfast or snack!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sift the flour in advance.
  2. Also, during the cooking process, we need boiling water.
  3. In a deep bowl, combine flour (400-450 g - about 3-3.5 cups of 200 ml volume), salt and 100 ml of boiling water.
  4. Stir the custard dough thoroughly. At first it will be lumpy, but then the flour will disperse very well.
  5. Knead the dough for about 3-4 minutes, until rolled into a tight ball. Then cover the bowl with a towel and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
  6. Divide the dough into 4-5 balls.
  7. Roll each ball into a thin cake.
  8. Heat a dry skillet without oil over medium heat. Place the flatbread into the skillet.
  9. Fry the pita bread over medium heat for about 15-20 seconds on each side.
  10. Stack the fried pita bread and cover with a towel to soften them.
  11. Break the eggs into a separate bowl, add salt and shake with a fork.
  12. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, pour the egg mixture into it. Stir constantly and fry the scrambled eggs for about 2-3 minutes.
  13. Place the egg filling on each pita bread.
  14. Roll up the pita bread.
  15. Serve ready-made pita rolls with egg filling to the table.
  16. Bon Appetit!
