Yes, and the mistress of the year according to the Chinese calendar, Yellow Pig, you will definitely flatter such a treat. And, by the way, about the children: they will quite cope with the decor of such New Year's cookies, and if you have a children's party, have the offspring paint funny piglets.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170C and line two large baking sheets with parchment.
  2. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
  3. Chop the chocolate finely, put in a bowl with butter and, stirring, melt in a water bath.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the egg, sugar and muscavado. Add sour cream, melted chocolate and stir well. Add dry ingredients and 5 tbsp. l. water.
  5. Form 20 round cookies with a diameter of 5-6 cm on a baking sheet, at a short distance from each other. Place the baking sheet on the middle oven shelf and bake for 10-12 minutes. Leave to cool slightly for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and cool completely.
  6. For the cream, melt the white chocolate in a water bath until smooth and cool.
  7. Whisk the butter, icing sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Add pink dye and mix thoroughly for an even pink color. Using a spatula or silicone spatula, apply the cream to one side of the cookie.
  8. Place a square of marshmallows on each cookie - this will be a patch. Cut the rest of the squares diagonally into 2 triangles, these will be the ears. With the help of pastry pencils or jam, make the piglets smiley mouths, put dots on the patch and draw the eyes. Decorate with any sweet New Year decor - stars, beads, whatever you like.
  9. Put the cookies in the refrigerator to freeze the cream, serve with New Year's tea.
