  5. The next day, after sprinkling a generous amount of flour on the work surface, roll out the dough and cut out the cookies using baking tins.
  6. Put baking paper on a baking sheet and lay out cookies on top of the paper. We put a baking sheet with cookies in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Cooking the icing. Beat the cooled protein until firm. Adding a tablespoon of powdered sugar, we continue to beat the icing. When all the powder is added, add lemon juice and beat. Color can be added to the glaze if necessary.
  8. Cover the cooled cookies with glaze and decorate with food markers and pastry sprinkles.
