  1. 1. Squeeze citrus fruits using a juicer, pour into a large glass bowl and place in the freezer. Stir the freezing mass from time to time.
  2. 2. When the mass turns into ice porridge, pour in the champagne and put back in the freezer for another 30 minutes. Serve in the same bowl, spreading over wide glasses with a large spoon.
