Classic biscuit cookies

If you are not a fan of various additives and fillings, bake a classic sponge cake.

  1. Soften 25 grams of margarine.
  2. Add sugar to the butter, add another 25 grams of margarine, and beat the egg.
  3. Beat the resulting mass with a spoon or blender, until white foam is formed.
  4. Gradually add sifted flour and baking powder.
  5. Once the dough has thickened and turned out elastic, cover it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  6. Divide the dough into many pieces and start to give them shape. It can be any, depending on your imagination: oblong or round.
  7. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  8. Line a baking tray with special baking paper and place future cookies on it.
  9. Cook for 7 minutes. During this time, the dessert will be quite baked and browned.
