  4. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Cover the baking dish with parchment or grease its walls and bottom with butter. Pour the dough into a mold, and flatten it. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes (depending on the diameter of the form). Check the readiness with a skewer - if it turns out dry, then the dough is well baked.
  5. Remove the cake from the pan, and cool.
  6. In the same way, make a brown cake from the rest of the ingredients. The difference is one thing: when you add flour, add cocoa. Leave to cool completely.
  7. Now you can prepare the cream for sour cream. Mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Beat on a high-speed mixer until the cream acquires splendor and the sugar has not yet dissolved.
  8. The last stage is to collect the sour cream cake. Cut the cakes into thinner ones. On a plate where the cake will be collected, first lay out a dark cake, and grease it with cream. Put a light cake on top, and brush again. So alternate light cakes with dark ones to get an interesting cut. To make the cake juicier, grease the sides well with cream. Put the sour cream in the refrigerator to soak for 7-8 hours, and preferably overnight.
