1. Before making a cocktail, cool the vodka in the freezer for 24 hours. We squeeze juice from apples using a juicer, but if you don't have this household appliance, it's not scary! There is an easier option: peel the apples and rub them on a fine grater. It makes a great applesauce. Mix vodka with apple juice or puree, decorate glasses with apple slices.
