This is a variant of Mexican rosemary lemonade.

  1. 1. We prepare rosemary tincture: pour a glass of cold water into a small saucepan and add chopped fresh rosemary leaves - you need 1.5 tablespoons, no more! Bring to a boil, but do not boil! Turn off the heat, cover with a lid and leave for 10-15 minutes.
  2. 2. Squeeze juice from limes. 8 limes are about 1 glass of juice.
  3. 3. We filter the finished tincture into a decanter, mix with two glasses of cold water, lime juice, agave syrup (which can be replaced with honey), and add the leaves of one sprig of rosemary, and ice.
