A very simple yet sophisticated Italian-style dish. White fish, tomato-wine sauce, lots of basil, feta - and only 40 minutes to prepare such a delicious dish! I highly recommend

  1. Rinse the cod, cut into portions, put in a fireproof dish, salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Cooking tomato-wine sauce for cod
  3. Prepare the sauce. Finely chop the onion, fry until golden brown in olive oil. Finely chop the garlic, add the garlic and seasonings to the onions, fry for another minute. Then turn the heat to medium, pour in the wine and fry until the wine evaporates in half. Add the trade wind and, stirring, cook the sauce until slightly boiled down (about 10 minutes). Add chopped feta, chopped basil, stir
  4. Put the tomato-wine sauce on the cod
  5. Put the sauce on top of the fish, put in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes until the fish is cooked
  6. Cod in tomato-wine sauce with basil and feta, serve with fresh bread and wine
  7. Serve without fail with fresh delicious bread and a glass of wine
