Coffee and chocolate cupcake in a mug

Ingredients

• Flour - 3 tbsp. l.
• Instant coffee (powder) - 1 tsp.
• Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. l.
• Sugar - 2.5-3 tbsp. l.
• Baking powder for dough - 1/4 tsp
• Milk - 2 tbsp. l.
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
• Vanilla sugar - 0.5 tsp

Directions

1. Mix flour, coffee, cocoa, sugar and baking powder in a bowl.
2. Add all other ingredients, mix thoroughly until smooth.
3. Pour into an oiled mug. Bake in the microwave for approximately 90 seconds.
4. Check: if the cake in the mug is not ready, you can put it on for another 10 seconds, and so on until done)) The main thing is not to overdo it!
5. Serve the coffee and chocolate muffin with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
