Very tasty, delicate and quite easy to prepare coffee cake with bananas and cream cheese.
Ingredients
Directions
Dissolve coffee in a small amount of boiling water. In a separate container, mix eggs with sugar, add coffee and beat the resulting mass well with a mixer.
In a separate bowl, mix flour with baking powder and gradually add it to the egg mass. Knead the dough well every time, it should be without lumps.
Put the dough into the prepared heat-resistant form and place it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes.
Beat cold cream well with powdered sugar. Add cream cheese (cream cheese) to the resulting mass and beat well again with a mixer. Wrap the finished butter cream with cling film or cover with a bag and put it in a cold place.
Cool the finished biscuit and cut into several cakes. Soak the first cake generously with cherry syrup, liquor or any other impregnation of your choice. Next, coat each cake with cream, laying slices of bananas on top.
Gently level the finished biscuit cake with cream and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or, as in my case, all night.
Melt dark chocolate in a water bath, add cream and butter, mix chocolate icing until smooth. Gently make chocolate smudges and fill the surface of the cake with chocolate icing.
Ready-made coffee cake with butter cream and bananas can be decorated with any sweets and other sweets of your choice.
Bon Appetit everyone!
