A quick dessert recipe that absolutely everyone will love is coffee-based cinnamon pie. Cinnamon-sour cream sauce, which is poured over the cake, adds moisture and further saturates the dessert with cinnamon flavor.

  1. Whisk together the eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a deep bowl.
  2. Add the melted and cooled butter and mayonnaise to the bowl.
  3. Next, add wheat flour sifted and mixed with baking powder into the dough. Stir until smooth.
  4. Brew coffee in 0.25 cups of boiling water, cool and pour into the dough. Stir to disperse the coffee.
  5. Pour the dough into a greased mold (18 cm in diameter). Place in a preheated oven at 190 degrees to bake for about 30 minutes.
  6. Check readiness with a dry match. Take the mold out of the oven and let it cool down.
  7. In the meantime, prepare all the ingredients for the sauce.
  8. Combine all ingredients, except sour cream, in a saucepan and heat. The mixture will thicken slightly.
  9. Cool the sauce and add sour cream, mix well.
  10. Pour the sauce over the pie, allowing it to spread freely. Put the dish with coffee dessert in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that the sauce hardens.
