  2. Pour in 750 ml of water, put on high heat and bring to a boil. Remove from heat immediately. Let stand for 3-5 minutes, then strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Allow to cool.
  3. Carefully remove the peaches from the jar, preserving the syrup. Place in a blender, pour in half of the cooled coffee and beat until smooth.
  4. Pour 250 ml of cold water into a saucepan, add sugar, cinnamon, ginger and peach syrup. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool. Add the resulting peach puree and the remaining coffee to the syrup, mix.
  5. Beat the cream until fluffy. Transfer to a pastry bag.
  6. Pour the cocktail into glasses, garnish with whipped cream on top. Garnish with thinly sliced ​​orange zest or thin slices of peaches.
