In the USA there is the state of Georgia, which is also called the "Peach State".
Ingredients
Directions
1. Pour coffee into a Turk (you can follow your recipe in a coffee maker). Cooked at the rate of 1 tbsp. l. for 75 ml of water. We cook until ready.
2. Coffee brewed in a Turk must be filtered through cheesecloth.
3. In the meantime, take 1-2 peach halves and pour half of the brewed coffee. Blend with an immersion blender until fluffy.
4. Pour the rest of the water into the saucepan (this is about 30 grams) + 2 tbsp. peach syrup, spices, 1-2 tsp sugar. Boil for a couple of minutes until the syrup becomes slightly viscous. Turn off. Let the spices brew for a couple more minutes.
5. Pour the peach mass (from step 3) into a transparent glass or bowl, then a layer of syrup with spices, and pour the remaining freshly brewed coffee last. Decorates with 33-35% whipped cream with sugar. Can be decorated as desired. I used orange zest.
