  1. 1. Pour coffee into a Turk, add sugar and pour cold water. Put on medium heat and brew coffee. Since I have a small Turk, I boiled three portions and connected them. Pre-strained coffee, as we do not need coffee grounds.
  2. 2. We introduce the yolks into coffee and put them on a steam bath, stirring constantly.
  3. 3. After 15-20 minutes, the coffee will acquire a creamy texture. Take it off the fire and let it cool completely. Rub the chocolate on a fine grater. So that it does not melt during rubbing, put the chocolate in the freezer for 20 minutes. Mix the chocolate with the cooled coffee.
  4. 4. We pour into glasses. The glass should be 70% full.
  5. 5. Spread soft ice cream on top.
  6. 6. For decoration, I used violet sugar. Help yourself!
