Yes, yes, do not be surprised, it is mint coffee.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. To begin with, we will prepare mint syrup, which you can then also use to make lemonade, tea, and various desserts. To do this, take mint (we adjust the amount depending on how saturated the syrup we want to get), wash it, dry it a little and place it in a saucepan.
  2. 2. Next, fill the mint with boiling water and start crushing it so that it gives a characteristic color and an incredible smell (which also fills the entire kitchen - this is such a nice addition). After we let it brew for a couple of minutes.
  3. 3. We take out the sprigs of mint, add sugar to our broth, and put on a slow fire.
  4. 4. In the meantime, we will brew coffee in the coffee maker and beat the milk until thick foam forms.
  5. 5. When the sugar is completely dissolved, and the broth acquires the consistency of syrup and pleasant golden color, remove the already prepared syrup from the heat.
  6. 6. At the bottom of the glass in which we will serve our coffee, pour the syrup.
  7. 7. And there we pour coffee and whipped milk.
  8. 8. Decorate with cocoa powder and mint leaves.
