  1. Prepare the dough. Sift flour. In a bowl, combine: flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa.

  3. Add the egg and beat well again.

  5. Combine flour mixture with milk and egg mixture. Knead the dough (it will stick slightly to your hands, but do not add more flour). Shape into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  6. Prepare the filling. Wash and dry the cherries (I have cherries). Divide each cherry into two halves and remove the pit.
  7. Mix the mascarpone, icing sugar and coconut until smooth.
  8. Using scales, divide the mass into 18 equal pieces (I have 8 grams each). Form a cake from each piece. Put half a cherry in the middle.
  9. And gently roll into a ball so that the cherry is completely covered. It is not easy, but doable. Put the blanks on a cutting board and also send them to the refrigerator.
  10. Gently wrap the filling in the dough and roll into a ball so that the whole dough is on the outside and the filling is on the inside.
  11. Each such ball must be thoroughly rolled in powdered sugar. Then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Send to a preheated oven (180 degrees). Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven. Cool on a wire rack.
