They say that this dessert was invented back in the days of the USSR, although in fact it was first prepared in France and they call it Congolais. This recipe is for lovers of exotic, and just for those who want to pamper themselves with something sweet and uncomplicated, plus everything with minimal costs in cooking time. Ready to get started? Ingredients

• Sugar 150 g
• Eggs 3 pcs.
• Coconut flakes 250 g
• Salt 1 pinch
