  2. Grate the boiled yolks and add to the bowl of dough. Stir.
  3. Put sour cream in another large bowl, add soda and citric acid, stir. Pour the mixture gently into the dough and stir quickly.
  4. Preheat oven to 170 ° C.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a 1 cm thick layer.Use a cookie cutter or a small glass to cut out circles with a diameter of 5 cm.
  6. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until light golden brown. Cool on a baking sheet.
  7. Cook the frosting. Cut the butter into cubes and place in a saucepan. Add sugar and cocoa, pour in milk and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir well and cook for 3 minutes, the sugar should completely dissolve. Remove from heat, pour frosting into a bowl and cool.
  8. Place the corn sticks in a food processor and grind into coarse crumbs (or simply tap the sticks with a rolling pin). Transfer to a plate.
  9. Place the wire rack on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment. Dip the cookies in the icing and then roll in the corn crumbs. Transfer to a wire rack and leave for 1 hour.
