Very beautiful shortbread pastry, which can surprise not only children, but also adult guests. Cookies "Peaches" will perfectly decorate the table and are suitable for any occasion.

  1. Beat eggs with sugar. Add softened margarine, sour cream, vanilla sugar, mix and beat again with a mixer.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder.
  3. Add flour and baking powder to the egg-margarine mixture. Knead the dough.
  4. Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
  5. Roll balls out of the dough.
  6. Cut each ball in half and place on a baking sheet covered with baking parchment.
  7. Put in a preheated oven, bake the cookies for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
  8. Remove the baked halves from the oven.
  9. Remove the middle from each half - prepare space for the nut.
  10. Put a little boiled condensed milk and half a walnut in the resulting groove. Grease the peach halves with condensed milk.
  11. Glue the rugs together.
  12. To decorate the Peaches cookies, take a little pomegranate or cherry juice. Squeeze the juice from the grated carrots.
  13. Tint the sides of the "peaches" with red and orange juice. Sprinkle sugar over the finished cakes.
  14. Peaches biscuits can be decorated with green leaves (for example, parsley) if desired.
