Three biscuit cookies on a coarse grater, add chopped nuts, cognac, cocoa and mix. Lubricate the form with butter and lay the parchment. Spread the biscuits in an even layer on the baking sheet.
Preparing chocolate layers. On a layer of chocolate we take 200 gr. chocolate, 2 yolks, 20 gr. butter, 150 ml. whipped cream, 1/3 gelatin plate. In a water bath, melt chocolate, yolks, butter, add soaked gelatin, mix. Cool slightly and add whipped cream. Pour the milk layer onto the biscuit first, then white, then bitter. Put each layer in the refrigerator (freezer) for 20 minutes.
Freeze the “Three Chocolates” cake lightly and cut into portions.
