Prepare delicious and original sea fish skewers according to this recipe. And for fish skewers, make an Indian sauce of yogurt, cucumber and mint. And also, bright and spicy salsa of mango, cucumber, chili and ginger.

  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 200 degrees (or broiler to maximum temperature).
  2. Make salsa. Cut the mango into small cubes. Peel the cucumber from the skin and seeds, finely chop. Finely chop the red onion and chilli (no seeds). Grate the ginger. Stir in mango, cucumber, onion, chili and ginger. Separately, mix curry paste and 2 tbsp. l. yogurt, salt and brush the fish fillet with this marinade. Leave for a few minutes.
  3. Prepare the raita sauce. Stir in remaining yogurt, finely chopped mint, cucumber (no seeds), and lime juice. Try salt.
  4. Put the marinated fish pieces on skewers on a baking sheet covered with oiled foil. Bake the skewers in the oven for 5-8 minutes. Serve fish skewers with raita and salsa.
  5. Enjoy your meal!
