Muffins are small portion cupcakes, traditional popular pastries and a great dessert for tea. We bake quick and tasty muffins - a recipe from cornmeal. Corn grains are also added to the dough.

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  2. Grease muffin molds with butter. Pour flour into a bowl, make a well in the center. In another bowl, mix yogurt, egg and butter. Add corn kernels. Pour this mixture into the well in the flour and knead the dough. Divide the dough into prepared molds. Bake muffins for about 15 minutes.
