Very cottage cheese and very strawberry cupcakes - delicious in summer!
Ingredients
Directions
Mix cottage cheese, sugar and butter.
Add eggs, puree with a blender.
Wash the strawberries, add to the cottage cheese, grind with a blender.
Add flour. Mix.
Add baking soda and citric acid. Stir the dough.
Turn on the oven. Grease molds with oil. Lay out the dough. Bake cottage cheese and strawberry muffins for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
Prepare cream. To do this, mix cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar.
Puree strawberries, add it to the curd mass.
Grind the whole mass very carefully with a blender. You can also pass through a sieve.
Spread the cream over the cupcakes with a pastry syringe or just with a spoon.
Garnish strawberry curd muffins with a strawberry slice.
Add mint leaves. Chill the cupcakes in the refrigerator.
