Cottage cheese bread with oatmeal, bran and nuts is a delicious and healthy low-carb pastry.

Ingredients

  1. Pour oatmeal, oat bran, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts and salt into a mixer bowl.
  2. Add eggs, baking powder and cottage cheese. Knead for 1.5 minutes.
  3. Then mix until smooth.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. With wet hands, form a loaf about 10x20 cm in size and give it an oval shape.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
  7. Cool the finished bread completely. Bon appetit!
