Cottage cheese cake with lemon and nuts

  1. We put the butter to melt over low heat in an enamel bowl.
  2. In the meantime, you can beat the sugar with the eggs with a mixer until the granulated sugar dissolves.

  5. We clean the walnuts, crush the kernels.
  6. We cut the lemon into four parts, remove the seeds from the fruit. Using a meat grinder or blender, we turn the pulp and peel of the lemon into a homogeneous mass. Together with crushed nuts, add it to the dough. We pour soda, which will be extinguished with citric acid.
  7. The final mixing and you can spread the dough for cottage cheese cake with lemon in a baking dish.
  8. After 45-50 minutes spent in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, the pale dough turns into ruddy pastries.
  9. After cooling, enjoy a rich and satisfying cottage cheese cake with lemon and nuts.
