A simple recipe for delicious homemade cakes with seasonal berries - cottage cheese cake with raspberries.

  1. Combine flour with sugar, baking powder, cottage cheese and pour in melted butter. Beat 2 eggs and add to the total mass. Add sour cream there.
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and grease with vegetable oil. Pour half of the batter into the mold.
  4. Spread raspberries in one layer.
  5. Pour the remaining dough and brush with beaten yolk. Send the cottage cheese cake with raspberries to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40 minutes.
  6. Cheesecake with raspberries is ready.
  7. Cool slightly and cut.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle the cottage cheese cake with powdered sugar and garnish with raspberries.
