This cheese casserole in the oven is made extremely tasty by a special ingredient - chocolate. What kind of chocolate to take for its preparation depends on your preferences. Suitable for both dark and milk, and even white chocolate.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat eggs with salt and sugar. Add cheese, and semolina, and mix. Add sour cream. Once again, mix everything well with a blender so that the casserole was airy, and beat the mixture with a mixer.
  2. Grease a baking dish with oil, to form a crispy crust it can be sprinkled with semolina. Chocolate should be crushed into small pieces. They must be small, otherwise, the chocolate may burn.
  3. Distribute the chocolate evenly on the bottom of the form, and spread the dough on top. Bake the dessert at a temperature of about 200 degrees. It will take about half an hour to cook: the casserole can be removed when the skin is browned.
  4. To prepare the sauce, just melt the chocolate in a water bath, pouring a little milk into it. Pour chocolate sauce over the casserole before serving.
