An easy-to-make dessert made from soft cottage cheese, condensed milk and coconut flakes! The addition of white chocolate and almonds gives the dish sophistication and festive notes.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Almonds pour boiling water for 15-30 minutes. Drain the water, cool the almonds and remove the skin, which will peel off very easily after soaking.
  2. Dry the peeled almonds for a few minutes in a dry frying pan, stirring often, until a slight browning appears.
  3. Mash cottage cheese with a fork, add coconut and vanilla sugar. Stir.
  4. Combine condensed milk and white chocolate in a heavy bottomed saucepan.
  5. Stirring constantly, heat over low heat until a homogeneous thick mass is obtained. Remove the pot from the heat and let the contents of the pot cool. The mass must be warm.
  6. Combine the cooled mass of condensed milk and white chocolate with cottage cheese and mix until the most homogeneous state is obtained.
  7. Add previously prepared almonds and stir.
  8. Cover the mold with cling film. I have a small form measuring 16x16x5 cm. Transfer the resulting mass into a mold, level and slightly compact. Place the mold with the curd mass in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  9. Carefully remove the curd mass from the mold, remove the cling film.
  10. Melt the white chocolate on the steam bath.
  11. Drizzle with melted chocolate and serve.
  12. Decorate the curd dessert with almond flakes.
  13. Enjoy your meal!
