  12. We check the readiness with a wooden skewer or a match - when piercing the cupcakes, it should come out dry.
  13. Cool the cupcakes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely.
  14. Cooking cream. Whip the chilled cream to stiff peaks. Then, while continuing to beat, gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
  15. Add mascarpone in 2-3 batches and beat until smooth. Mascarpone will give the cream a wonderful taste of ice cream.
  16. If desired, add a couple of drops of food coloring to the cheese cream and mix.
  17. With the help of a culinary syringe or a bag with a nozzle, we apply the cream on the curd muffins.
  18. If desired, cupcakes with butter cream can be decorated with confectionery beads.
