Cottage cheese muffins are a great breakfast dish or a healthy dessert that will take you a few minutes to prepare!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, sugar, salt, vanilla and baking powder.
  2. Mix the combined ingredients thoroughly with a spoon, grinding into a homogeneous paste-like mass.
  3. Pour semolina into the resulting curd mass.
  4. Stir again.
  5. Divide the resulting curd dough into silicone muffin molds, filling each mold no more than 2/3. I got 4 pieces.
  6. Cook cottage cheese muffins in the microwave at 800 W for 3 minutes, then leave in the microwave turned off for 2 minutes, then cook for another 2 minutes at the same power.
  7. Remove the finished muffins from the molds and put on a plate. Muffins come out of silicone molds easily.
  8. If desired, ready-made curd muffins can be poured with melted chocolate, sprinkled with powdered sugar, served with jam or condensed milk.
  9. Bon appetit!
