Delicate and delicious curd pastry, which always turns out.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Using a mixer, combine softened butter, sugar, salt and vanilla (beat for 3 minutes).
  2. Add cottage cheese and mix until smooth. Cottage cheese is better to take fat.
  3. Add eggs, beat well again.
  4. Combine flour with baking powder and sift to the rest of the ingredients, mixing with a mixer or spatula. It is better to add flour in parts, since it may take less or more - it depends on the moisture content of the cottage cheese and the size of the eggs.
  5. Knead the dough (quite thick).
  6. Turn on the oven and heat up to 180 degrees.
  7. We put paper capsules in the cells of the cupcake mold or take a silicone mold.
  8. We spread part of the dough in cupcake molds. We put additives (I have frozen blackcurrant, chocolate and hazelnuts).
  9. We close the filling with dough, filling the forms by 2/3, since the dough rises well during baking. I sprinkled the top with almond flakes.
  10. We bake cottage cheese muffins with filling at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. You can bake in one large cake pan, but then the baking time needs to be slightly increased.
  11. You can decorate the cupcakes with powdered sugar after baking.
  12. Bon appetit!
