Making cracker cake is a great way to make use of a cookie that hasn't been eaten for whatever reason. The recipe for a biscuit cake with bananas and strawberries is very simple. The cake is prepared almost without baking.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grind the cracker in any convenient way. You can use a hammer, as I did.
  2. You can also grind crackers with a food processor or blender.
  3. Add melted butter to the cracker.
  4. Let's mix the mass. We will get such a lump of wet sand color. If there is not enough oil, you can add more.
  5. Place the "dough" from the cookies between two sheets of oiled parchment (we grease the bottom one with vegetable oil especially well) and roll it out, trying to roll it out in the shape of the dish in which we will form the cake.
  6. The layer should not be thin, otherwise it will be difficult to remove it from the mold.
  7. Together with the lower parchment, place in the mold. It can be a detachable form for cakes, or any other. Place the mold in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 10 minutes.
  8. In the meantime, the base for the cookie cake is in the oven, prepare the sour cream. Beat thick chilled sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
  9. If the sour cream is really thick, do not be too zealous, because the sour cream can whip into butter. We put the prepared filling in the refrigerator.
  10. Cool the mold with the cracker base and place it in the freezer for half an hour (this will make it easier to remove the base from the mold). Then carefully remove the cracker base from the mold so that the base does not crumble, and detach it from the parchment.
  11. Lubricate the bottom with boiled condensed milk.
  12. Banana cut lengthwise or across. How exactly - depends on the size of the form. If the shape is small, then it makes sense to cut into thin circles, and if the shape is larger, then you can cut along.
  13. Put the bananas on the casserole.
  14. Spread chilled sour cream on top.
  15. We decorate the cracker cake with bananas and sour cream, if desired - for example, strawberries. Lightly sprinkle the berries with powdered sugar.
  16. We put a cake of crackers, with bananas and strawberries, for two hours in the refrigerator, after which you can eat the cake.
