Of course, I will not surprise anyone with the recipe for cranberry juice. But, you never know, maybe someone will come in handy).

  1. 1. Wash cranberries, mash with a crush, or chop in a blender (but not very much).
  2. 2. Mashed berries put in cheesecloth.
  3. 3. Squeeze the juice into a non-oxidizing bowl. Take aside. Do not throw away the sea, it will still come in handy.
  4. 4. Cake from the berries and put in a saucepan.
  5. 5. Pour in water, and bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Then strain the berry broth through cheesecloth. Throw away the pulp.
  7. 7. Add sugar and cranberry juice, and mix well. Cool down.
