Creamy soup with corn and ham

Delicate and easy-to-prepare soup-puree for every day will delight the whole family and gourmets.

  1. Melt 1 tbsp in a saucepan over medium heat. l. (15 g) butter, fry the corn kernels and onions for 5 minutes. Then add milk, salt and pepper to taste, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 12 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove 1 cup of corn kernels from the mass and transfer to a separate container. Grind the rest of the mass with an immersion blender.
  2. Melt the remaining butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add ham and paprika and sauté for 5 minutes. Add a glass of deferred corn kernels and green onions. Pour the soup into deep bowls, top with the fried vegetables and ham, serve.
