Classic: creamy texture, light vanilla aroma, crispy caramel crust…. A simple, delicious, and incomparable dessert. Ceramic molds are used for creme brulee cream, but you can safely replace them with the ones you have on hand. If you want to get a caramelized crust on top - you need to have an oven or microwave with a grill.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat vanilla cream over low heat.
  2. It is very good to beat the yolks with sugar until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the warm cream to the yolk mixture, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
  5. Brulee cream is prepared in a water bath. To do this, take a deep razor or baking dish that holds all the creme brulee molds, fill with hot water so that the cream molds are immersed in ¾, and bake for 35 minutes.
  6. Allow the creme brulee to cool and place it in the refrigerator to cool completely.
  7. For caramelization, sprinkle each mold with cream sugar and place for a few minutes under a well-heated grill.
