Red mullet is a Black Sea fish with dietary meat. When preparing it, it is advisable to add a little lemon juice to the marinade to emphasize its taste.

  1. Defrost and peel the red mullet, remove the insides.
  2. Marinate: put red mullet in a deep bowl: add salt and pepper to taste, pour over lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley. Leave the red mullet to marinate in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Then take out red mullet, roll in flour and fry in a pan until tender (until golden brown).
  4. For tartare: finely chop all ingredients and mix. Serve in a saucepan with fried red mullet.
