Croutons with boiled egg, mayonnaise and herbs are a delicious and hearty breakfast or snack made from the simplest ingredients. Crispy bread toasted with butter is greased with mayonnaise, sprinkled with grated boiled egg and fresh parsley - it turns out very tasty!

  1. Put the eggs in a saucepan, fill with water, add a pinch of salt, set on maximum heat and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to medium and cook eggs for about 8 minutes. Cool the boiled eggs in cold water.
  2. Grease each slice of bread with butter.
  3. Heat a dry frying pan over medium heat. Put the slices of bread in the pan, butter side down.
  4. Fry the bread for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. Thus, we fry all the slices of bread.
  6. We wash the parsley, dry it and chop finely with a knife.
  7. Peel the eggs and rub on a medium grater.
  8. Grease each fried toast with mayonnaise.
  9. Then we spread the grated eggs and salt to taste.
  10. And sprinkle with chopped parsley.
