Creamy Ice cream

You can combine ice cream with fruits, berries, cheese, biscuits, and other pastries. Trust your taste, experiment and you will find the right combination of ingredients.

Ingredients

• 500 ml of cream 30-33%;
• 150 ml of fat milk 3.2%;
• 150 g of sugar;
• 3 large yolks;
• a pinch of vanilla.

Directions

1. Rub the yolks with sugar. Add milk and vanilla. Stirring constantly, heat the mixture, but do not bring it to a boil. When the cream is similar in consistency to condensed milk - remove it from the heat and cool.
2. Whip the cream to firm peaks and mix gently with the cooled cream. Mix until smooth and transfer to a tray. Freeze for at least 8 hours.
