Cake is very easy to make. Cupcakes are tasty and keep for a long time. We offer you a recipe for crumbly cake.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We put 150 grams of soft butter in a mixer bowl, add 150 grams of granulated sugar. Whisk at high speed.
  2. In the process of beating, add one packet of vanilla sugar, and four eggs one at a time. Each time, before adding the next egg, we wait until the mass is whipped into foam.
  3. In the resulting egg-oil mixture, add two tablespoons of rum, mix. If desired, add 150 grams of raisins.
  4. Sift into a mass of 120 grams of baking flour and 120 grams of starch. If you do not have flour for baking, then you can use regular white flour by adding 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder.
  5. We mix everything well.
  6. Grease a baking dish generously with oil and transfer the dough there.
  7. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about one hour. Readiness is checked with a wooden stick.
  8. Place the finished cake on a wire rack and let cool.
  9. Cut the cooled crumbly cake, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with tea or coffee.
