Cupcake "Curd"

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soak raisins in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Then drain the water.
  2. Place soft butter, sugar and vanilla (or vanilla sugar) in a bowl.
  3. Rub butter with sugar and vanilla (vanilla sugar) until smooth.
  4. Separate the yolks from the whites.
  5. Then add the yolks to the butter. Stir.
  6. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Add to dough.
  7. Sift the flour and add to the butter mixture.
  8. Quench the soda with vinegar or lemon juice.
  9. Add soda slaked with lemon juice or vinegar to the dough. Mix everything until smooth.
  10. Beat egg whites well.
  11. Add raisins, whipped proteins to the dough.
  12. Mix everything gently.
  13. Turn on the oven to preheat.
  14. Lubricate the form with oil and sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs.
  15. Pour the dough into the mold.
  16. Smooth the surface of the dough, sprinkle with milk.
  17. Place the mold on the middle shelf. Bake the Curd Cake in a preheated oven at 180-200°C for 30-40 minutes.
  18. "Curd" cake with raisins is ready.
  19. Sprinkle the finished "Curd" cake with powdered sugar.
