  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. Soak the raisins in warm water for 10-15 minutes, then pat dry.
  2. Crack an egg into a bowl and pour in the milk.
  3. Whisk the milk with the egg with a whisk.
  4. Add a pinch of salt, regular and vanilla sugar.
  5. Beat everything again with a whisk for 10 seconds.
  6. Mix flour with baking powder and sift into liquid base.
  7. Stir. You should get a smooth creamy dough.
  8. Chop the walnuts into medium crumbs. Add raisins and nuts to the dough. Some nuts can be left for decoration.
  9. Mix the dough with raisins and nuts.
  10. Divide the dough into cups, taking up no more than half the volume of each of them. The volume of the cup I use is 230 ml. I cook three servings.
  11. Cook cupcakes in the microwave for 3 minutes at 800 watts.
  12. Sprinkle finished cupcakes with ground cinnamon and nuts.
  13. Vanilla muffins with nuts and raisins are ready! If it seems to you that the cupcakes are a bit dry, you can serve them with condensed milk or jam.
