Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cardamom, salt, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and flour. In another bowl beat cream cheese, eggs, milk, butter and vanilla extract.
Mix the cream mixture with dry ingredients until smooth.
For the filling, mix cottage cheese, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Pour half the dough into a large oiled form, lay out the filling and pour the remaining dough. Put the mold in a preheated oven and bake a cake with cottage cheese for about an hour, until a dry wooden stick. Allow the finished cake to cool for 10 minutes, and then you can get it out of the mold. Sprinkle the cake with cottage cheese powdered sugar and cut into portions.
